To eat healthy is the main key to health and happiness. It is important to build healthy habits and be consistent with them in order to stay healthy and energized. Time to time my immune system might go down but with God’s help I can bring it back with the help of Mother Nature. I have a trusty Chinese Non Traditional medicine doctor who prescribes me herbal medicines if I have any health issues. Also I love fruits, vegetables, and greens that help my body to be strong and energized. We are so blessed in California that we have almost all kinds of fruits and vegetables all year round.
