Fresh Juices

I cannot live a day without fruits and vegetables. So, I start my day with a glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice and I add vitamin powder shake in it. Then, at the middle of the day I drink a glass of fresh vegetable juice. It gives me so much energy. In addition to that during the day I eat fruits, berries, and vegetables.

Fruit juice for 2:

1 pear
3 different kinds of apples
2 oranges

Vegetable juice for 2:

3 cucumbers
1 carrot
1 celery
1 beet
1 green apple
